  • What can I do about a failed delivery?
    We will ensure that every package is sent to the shipping address entered at the time of purchase. However, we are not responsible for failed or incomplete deliveries when: * the customer provided incorrect delivery information (such as name, address, email, phone) * the customer failed to pick up the package from location * the package is lost in shipping, stolen or misplaced
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    As soon as your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be processed. The order will be shipped within 1 business day. We anticipate you will recieve your package within 5-7 business days of the product being shipped. The delivery timeframe is only an estimate and does not include weekends and public holidays. Due to the pandemic, shipping may be further delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we mention, please make sure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for the wrong address entered.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Please use the tracking link provided to you in the email to track your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
  • When will I qualify for free delivery?
    All orders above $95 qualify for free shipping anywhere across USA. In addition, we will offer free delivery when we run promotions. To be informed about our promotions, please create an account with us. All promotional information will be emailed to the email address that you have regsitered on our website.
  • What is your return policy?
    We ensure that each of our products is individually packaged with utmost care. Once a sale has been made it is final. However, if the product arrives damaged or is not the product you ordered, please contact us at info@culturallearningsystems.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Currently we ship anywhere within USA. We are working on shipping to additional countries soon. If you are located outside of the USA and are interested in our products, please email us at info@culturallearningsystems.com.
  • How do I order in bulk quantities?
